Inter know they must win against Como and hope Napoli drop points to take the Scudetto on this dramatic final day, but still make big changes ahead of the Champions League Final.
It kicks off at the Stadio Sinigaglia at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT, 20.45 CET).
You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game and Napoli vs. Cagliari on the Liveblog.
There is one point separating them at the top of the table going into this final round, so Inter know they must wait and hope for good news from the Stadio Maradona.
It is also still possible to force a Scudetto play-off, but only if Inter draw and Napoli simultaneously lose at home to Cagliari.

Simone Inzaghi sits out a touchline ban, with Benjamin Pavard out injured, but the Nerazzurri also want to keep everyone fresh for the Champions League Final against Paris Saint-Germain next Saturday, May 31.
Lautaro Martinez is therefore back in the squad, but on the bench with Marcus Thuram, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Alessandro Bastoni and Francesco Acerbi.
The squad rotation sees Carlos Augusto in the back three, while Tucu Correa and Nicola Zalewski support Mehdi Taremi.

Como are comfortably mid-table and in excellent form after a run of six wins and two draws, unbeaten in over two months.
Edoardo Goldaniga is suspended, with Sergi Roberto, Alberto Dossena and Assane Diao out of action.
January signing Tasos Douvikas leads the attack with support from Nico Paz, Maxence Caqueret and Gabriel Strefezza.
Expect some playing time for Pepe Reina and Alessio Iovine, who have announced their retirement.
